Spanish EdTech company ODILO begins a new chapter as Letmino to transform lifelong learning in the AI era

ODILO, the Spanish EdTech company with more than a decade of experience, is embarking on a new chapter as Letmino. The change in the company’s name and visual identity comes with an update to its business strategy and product portfolio. It reflects the growth it has experienced in recent years, its evolution into a comprehensive learning platform and its commitment to the corporate market.

It also represents the consolidation of a learning philosophy developed over recent years. In a market focused on the capabilities of AI, Letmino believes that technology is a means rather than an end in itself, and that innovation only has value when it improves the way people learn and develop.

In early 2025, the company announced the appointment of Sarah Harmon as CEO. With 25 years of experience in the technology sector and senior leadership roles in leading companies, she joined the organisation to strengthen growth, the brand’s international positioning and product development in the EdTech sector.

“We are starting this new chapter with the mission that has always guided us: helping people remain relevant in a world that is changing faster and faster. We are not communicating a technology, but rather a way of understanding learning,” says Sarah Harmon, CEO of Letmino. “Our experience has taught us that personalisation is, above all, a pedagogical challenge, not just an algorithmic one. It is about understanding what each person needs in order to progress. That is the vision we have applied for more than a decade and are now taking further with Letmino.”

The new company will also strengthen its corporate learning vertical

Letmino will remain committed to learning in the public sector and the educational community, both in K–12 and Higher Education, and will apply the knowledge gained in these areas to professional development. It will offer a comprehensive learning platform that combines personalised learning pathways with high-quality content.

The company aims to address today’s key learning challenge: once access to knowledge is guaranteed, turning it into continuous professional development while helping people remain relevant in a world that is changing faster and faster. Regardless of whether they work in a ministry, a hospital, a university, a multinational company or an SME.

“Organisations are facing an unprecedented need to undertake upskilling and reskilling processes due to technological acceleration and generational change. This situation is forcing professionals to seek learning through AI and social media, often using unverified content of uncertain origin. In response to this challenge, we position ourselves as an ideal strategic partner, providing a complete learning solution backed by quality content and an engaging, agile experience connected to the challenges people face every day,” says Sarah Harmon.

In line with this approach, Letmino is expanding its portfolio of solutions by launching two new technologically advanced products and a new commercial package structure. The company will therefore offer strategic plans designed to adapt precisely to the scale, needs and level of learning maturity of each organisation.

A new brand backed by the experience of a global leader in learning technology

Letmino is built on more than 10 years of experience designing learning strategies for complex organisations, having developed more than one thousand platforms that have impacted 170 million users across five continents. The company will strengthen its international expansion in Latin America, with Mexico and Brazil as key markets, and in Europe, with a focus on multinational companies.
