Barcelona, June 2026. EnovaPro, a corporate training academy specialized in applied artificial intelligence, automation and productivity, has launched a new line of training focused on compliance with the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation (AI Act), with the aim of helping Spanish companies adapt to a regulation that is already mandatory.
Article 4 of the AI Act requires, from February 2, 2025, that all organizations that use artificial intelligence systems, including such widespread tools as ChatGPT, Copilot or Claude, guarantee that their staff have a sufficient level of knowledge about their operation, risks and legal limits. Failure to comply with this and other obligations of the regulation may lead to sanctions of up to 35 million euros or 7% of the company's annual turnover, depending on the case.
With the full implementation deadline set for August 2, 2026, many companies are still in a very early stage of adaptation. Given this scenario, EnovaPro has designed two specific training programs: Fundamentals of the AI Act, a 6-hour training aimed at the entire workforce that covers the essential concepts of the regulation, the permitted and prohibited uses of AI, and the most common risks such as data leaks or what is known as "shadow AI"; and AI Act Professional, a 30-hour program aimed at profiles with responsibility for the use of AI in the company that includes an internal pre-audit, a compliance action plan and a documentary kit to face external audits.
Both programs are 100% eligible through FUNDAE, which allows companies to train their teams at no direct cost. EnovaPro is in charge of the entire process: the analysis of the available credit, the design of the training plan, the complete administrative processing and the final justification before FUNDAE, eliminating the bureaucratic burden for the company. At the end of the training, each participant receives an individual certificate that certifies compliance with the AI literacy obligation of Article 4, a document that companies can use to prove their compliance in the event of a possible inspection.
The company, which has already trained more than 500 professionals in the use of artificial intelligence tools by 2026, maintains a 100% practical learning model, based on real tasks in the work environment. With this methodology they achieve greater knowledge retention and a high completion rate of their training.
EnovaPro is a member of the Edutech Cluster, the association that brings together companies and entities in the educational technology sector in Spain, with whom it shares the objective of promoting digitalization and the responsible adoption of technology in the business community. The company considers this collaboration a key space to share knowledge about the regulatory and training challenges posed by the adoption of artificial intelligence in organizations, and to contribute, together with the rest of the cluster partners, to Spanish companies facing this transition with the necessary legal and practical guarantees.
"The AI Act has set the rules of the AI game. Now, training teams in artificial intelligence is a legal obligation with very specific deadlines. Many companies still do not know that they are exposed to significant sanctions and, above all, to a risk inherent to this technology regarding the control of information and privacy. Our objective is to help companies protect themselves from these risks, in addition to helping them comply with regulations without entailing an additional cost.", explains Alex Rius Laorden, CEO of EnovaPro.
