Edutech Cluster takes part in an artificial intelligence session at Escola Virolai

Noelia Camacho,

A week ago, the Edutech Cluster participated in an artificial intelligence session held at Escola Virolai, with the aim of bringing this technology closer to students and reflecting on its impact on the future.

The session featured the participation of Noelia Camacho, Community Manager at the Edutech Cluster, who attended on behalf of the cluster and shared the space with other professionals from the education and technology sectors. The event highlighted the students’ interest and critical thinking skills, as they actively engaged in discussions about the role of artificial intelligence in their personal and professional development.

Beyond the technology itself, the session underscored the importance of fostering a conscious and reflective use of AI, focusing on the development of critical thinking, judgement, and student autonomy.

These types of initiatives help connect the EdTech ecosystem with classrooms and create spaces for dialogue between professionals and students, bringing the reality of the education and technology sectors closer to new generations.

The Edutech Cluster highly values its participation in this session and reaffirms its commitment to continuing to promote actions that support the integration of technology in education with pedagogical purpose and real impact.

Finally, we would like to especially thank Montserrat Brau and the entire team at Escola Virolai for the invitation and the organisation of the session.
