Campus Docent SJD Leads edtecHack Methodology at EdTech Congress Barcelona 2026

Noelia Camacho,

At the EdTech Congress Barcelona 2026, held on February 4–5 in Barcelona, Campus Docent SJD played a key role by leading the methodology of edtecHack, a collaborative hackathon organized in partnership with EduTech Cluster and EduCaixa as part of the congress program.

The methodological framework used, developed by Coboi-Lab, structures the innovation process into phases of diagnosis, ideation and prototyping, and emphasizes diversity of participants, multidisciplinary collaboration and the generation of viable solutions. Teams composed of teachers, students and educational specialists tackled challenges such as enhancing personal skills, combating hate speech, promoting environmental awareness, and preventing school dropout through innovative educational responses.

This methodological leadership has reinforced the Campus’s role as an active agent in educational innovation by providing structure and fostering collaboration across educational, social and technological sectors.
