Accessible communication is an essential tool for moving towards fairer and more inclusive education. Communicating in an accessible way goes far beyond regulatory compliance: it helps convey social values and strengthens the participation and autonomy of students, teachers and other stakeholders in the education sector.
In this session, organised by EduTech Cluster and Xarxa AccessCat, we will introduce the basic concepts of accessible communication and explore how they can be applied in practice within educational settings.
Throughout the session, we will also discover practical resources and tools from Xarxa AccessCat that can help us identify potential barriers in our communication and connect with diverse audiences.
An opportunity to understand accessibility not only as a necessity, but also as a tool to increase impact, reach more people and contribute to truly inclusive education for everyone.
