The 8th International EDO Conference 2025 aims to analyze and discuss emerging learning forms in contemporary organizations. The main themes of the conference include the analysis of new strategies for creating and managing collective knowledge, with an emphasis on the learning culture within organizations. The conference will promote the exchange of best practices regarding social and informal learning in the workplace, as well as evaluating new learning tools, collective intelligence, and social participation in professional development.

Additionally, intersectoral collaboration between universities, public administrations, and the private sector will be encouraged, and the key role of individuals in personal, professional, and social development within organizations will be discussed. The program will feature conferences, symposia, and thematic conversations on topics such as learning and professional development in Society 5.0, governance of institutions, digital tools, generative artificial intelligence, and transformative experiences such as educational robotics and augmented reality.

Networking opportunities, communication and poster presentations, and hands-on workshops will also be available, fostering dialogue between researchers, academics, and professionals. Attendees are invited to present their contributions in the form of communications based on their experiences, models, or research projects aligned with the conference themes.
